My name is Joe. I created thesmallguidesite in 2009 when I was marketing my grammar booklet The small guide To Improving Your English. I wrote the booklet just 3 years after I started teaching English in New York City and realizing that English-language learners could use something handy to review and practice English on the go.
These days, there are all kinds of apps and other resources for English learning, but I think the small guide still does what it was meant to do in the beginning. By the way, I’m still working on parts 2 & 3 of the grammar booklet, so stay tuned, and I am constantly adding more resources here on the blog and at thesmallguidesite.
